Velotric and Lectric are offering first-time-ever discounts on their flagship e-bikes during Prime Day-aligned sales. The Velotric Fall Prime Day Sale offers up to $550 in savings, while Lectric's Better-Than-Prime Sale provides up to $694 in bundle savings, including a first-time-ever $200 markdown on the XPeak2 e-bike itself.

Velotric's Summit 2 Hybrid Mixed-Terrain e-bike received its first-ever discount, priced at $1,999. The regular price is $2,099. This model, released in March, had previously only been offered with up to $219 in free bundled gear.

Product details

The Velotric Summit 2 Hybrid Mixed-Terrain e-bike, released in March, is now discounted to $1,999 with specific technical and feature specifications. It is the second-generation descendant of the Summit 1, which currently sits $400 lower in price. The new model offers more power for mixed-terrain riding.

The Summit 2 weighs 57 pounds and includes several smart features. These are an NFC card for unlocking, integration with Apple Find My and Google’s Find Hub, Pulse Mode, and SensorSwap tech. Pulse Mode adjusts pedal assistance to match heart rate zones. SensorSwap tech allows riders to toggle between a cadence sensor and a torque sensor.

Its powertrain consists of a 48V 750W motor with 1,300W of peak power, powered by a 48V 16.7Ah/801.6Wh battery. The bike has an adjustable speed range of 12 to 28 MPH. It offers up to 70 miles of travel using only the throttle and up to 95 miles with pedal assistance.

Additional hardware includes hydraulic disc brakes, Kenda MTB puncture-resistant tires, and a rear cargo rack with a 66-pound payload capacity. The total payload capacity for the e-bike is 440 pounds.
